Trading & Risk Disclaimer
Effective September 17, 2026
Read this disclaimer before using SchizoQuant. Cryptocurrency markets are highly speculative and can result in rapid, substantial or total loss. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
1. Information and software only
All indicators, system states, market directions, rotation rankings, altcoin-season states, altcoin trends and scores, leverage environments, portfolio allocations, alerts, charts, statistics and commentary are general informational outputs of software. They are not an offer, solicitation, recommendation or individualized investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice.
2. No client or fiduciary relationship
Your use of SchizoQuant does not create an adviser-client, broker-client, fiduciary, agency or portfolio-management relationship. SchizoQuant does not know or assess your financial situation, objectives, experience, location, tax circumstances or ability to bear losses.
3. LONG, SHORT and allocation states
A LONG, SHORT, bullish, bearish or allocation state describes a system or publication at a point in time. It is not an instruction to place a trade, use leverage, copy a portfolio or hold an asset. States can change after market movement or data updates. You are solely responsible for deciding whether, when and how to act.
4. Crypto and leverage risk
Digital assets may be affected by extreme volatility, limited liquidity, forks, smart-contract defects, cyberattacks, custody failure, exchange insolvency, stablecoin de-pegging, regulation, market manipulation and loss of access. Margin, futures, options and other leveraged products can amplify losses, trigger liquidation and produce losses faster than spot positions. Do not risk funds you cannot afford to lose.
5. Performance and return figures
Past performance does not predict future results. Displayed tracked returns may be modelled, backtested, hypothetical or based on assumptions and may not reflect an actual customer account. Compounded returns can be especially sensitive to methodology, start date and reinvestment assumptions. Actual results differ because of spreads, slippage, commissions, funding, borrow costs, liquidity, latency, taxes, execution, position sizing and human decisions.
6. Backtesting limitations
Backtests benefit from hindsight and may include selection, survivorship, look-ahead, overfitting or data-quality bias. They cannot fully reproduce live execution, changing liquidity, outages or emotional and operational constraints. No representation is made that any account will achieve a simulated result.
7. Data and technical limitations
Exchange, TradingView and other third-party data may be delayed, unavailable, revised, incomplete or inconsistent across venues and symbols. Software can contain errors or experience outages. A displayed state may be stale even when marked live. Verify material information with independent sources before making a decision.
8. No guarantee
SchizoQuant makes no guarantee of accuracy, profitability, risk reduction, uninterrupted access or future performance. No model works in every market regime, and risk controls cannot eliminate loss.
9. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for due diligence, suitability, position sizing, leverage, custody, order execution, monitoring, legal compliance and tax reporting. Consider obtaining advice from appropriately licensed financial, legal and tax professionals who understand your circumstances and jurisdiction.
10. Jurisdictional restrictions
Crypto assets and derivatives may be restricted or prohibited in some locations. You are responsible for ensuring that your access and trading activity are lawful. The availability of the Service does not mean a product or strategy is legal or suitable where you live.
11. Conflicts and holdings
SchizoQuant’s operator, contributors or affiliates may hold or trade assets discussed by the Service. Any such interest can change without notice. Product outputs should not be interpreted as independent research prepared under rules governing regulated investment research.
12. Acceptance
By using SchizoQuant, you acknowledge these risks and agree that you make all decisions independently. Nothing here limits rights or liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited. Questions may be submitted through the Contact link in the site footer.
