Terms of Service
Effective September 17, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to SchizoQuant’s website, applications, private TradingView publications, market intelligence and related subscription services (collectively, the “Service”). “SchizoQuant,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Service. You can contact us through the Contact link in the site footer.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
2. The Service
SchizoQuant provides software-based cryptocurrency market intelligence, including BTC, ETH and SOL system states, long- and medium-term market direction, rotation information, altcoin-season detection, altcoin trends and scores, leverage environment information, portfolio-allocation publications, alerts and access-management features. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, data sources or supported assets as the Service evolves.
3. Information only; no regulated service
The Service is a general information and software product. SchizoQuant does not execute orders, custody assets, operate an exchange, provide brokerage services, manage portfolios, act as a fiduciary or provide personalized investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. No content takes account of your objectives, financial situation, knowledge or risk tolerance. The Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.
4. Accounts and TradingView access
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. A valid TradingView username may be required for private strategy access. TradingView access is personal to the subscribed user, may require separate acceptance by TradingView, and may take reasonable processing time. You may not share, transfer or resell account or invite-only access.
5. Subscription, trial and automatic renewal
SchizoQuant PRO is a recurring monthly subscription at the price and currency displayed at checkout. If a trial is offered, its duration and conversion date are shown before purchase. Unless you cancel before the trial or current billing period ends, Stripe will automatically charge the payment method on file for the next period. Taxes and currency-conversion charges may apply. We may change prices prospectively after giving notice required by law; a change applies no earlier than the next renewal identified in that notice.
6. Billing, cancellation and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s terms. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. You can cancel through the billing portal in Settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily leaves access active through the paid period. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any mandatory consumer rights. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
7. Limited licence
While your account is authorized, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service for your own lawful internal purposes. No ownership rights are transferred. SchizoQuant and its licensors retain all rights in the software, design, branding, models, calculations, publications, documentation and content.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- share credentials, private scripts, system outputs or subscription access with unauthorized persons;
- copy, sell, sublicense, republish or commercially exploit protected content without written permission;
- scrape at abusive rates, bypass access controls, probe vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code or disrupt the Service;
- reverse engineer or attempt to derive non-public source code, models or strategy logic except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, market-manipulative or rights-infringing activity; or
- misrepresent SchizoQuant content as personalized advice or guaranteed performance.
9. User settings and feedback
You retain rights in information you submit, such as a TradingView username, watchlist or alert rule. You grant us the limited permission necessary to host, process and transmit it to provide and secure the Service. If you voluntarily provide feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation, without identifying you publicly unless you agree.
10. Market data and third parties
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure, exchanges, market-data providers, TradingView and Stripe. Data may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted or unavailable. Third-party products are governed by their own terms, and we do not control or endorse every third-party service. You must independently verify information before acting.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available access. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, regulatory changes and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability. We may impose reasonable usage limits and issue updates needed for security or operation.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel renewal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, non-payment, fraud, security risk, legal necessity or discontinuation of the Service. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy. Clauses that by nature should survive—including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers and liability limitations—remain effective.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and results. We do not promise profits, loss avoidance, exact exchange execution or that a signal will remain unchanged. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SchizoQuant and its personnel will not be liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, loss of data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the Service. For claims that may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability will not exceed the subscription fees you paid to SchizoQuant during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, business users agree to indemnify SchizoQuant against third-party claims arising from their unlawful use, infringement, credential sharing or material breach of these Terms. This clause does not apply to consumers where prohibited by law.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place where the SchizoQuant operator is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction there may hear disputes, but consumers retain any mandatory protections and right to bring proceedings available under the law of their residence. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or product reasons. We will post the revised version and update the effective date, and will provide additional notice for material changes where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, subject to mandatory law.
18. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law. These Terms and the policies referenced above form the entire agreement about the Service.
19. Contact
Questions, legal notices or billing concerns may be submitted through the Contact link in the site footer.
