Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel SchizoQuant Pro through the billing portal when that option is available. If you cancel during an active free trial, the subscription will not convert to a paid renewal. After a paid period begins, cancellation stops future renewal and access generally continues through the current billing period.

Refunds

Digital subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law or where SchizoQuant expressly approves a refund because of a billing error or exceptional service issue.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact SchizoQuant support with the billing date and Stripe receipt information so the charge can be reviewed.

Third-party processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment method and financial institution.
